Our farm is now closed, but our self-serve roadside stand remains open for cash purchases of squash, pumpkins, straw bales, and firewood.

Thank you for a wonderful “farewell season” at the farm ♥

Happy Thanksgiving!

Posted on: October 9th, 2020 by Shantz Family Farm

We hope everyone is able to find at least one thing to be thankful for this season ♥

We are thankful for:

  • ♥our 8 children (& 5 sons-in-law, so far!)
  • ♥each other (celebrating 28 years of marriage this month)
  • ♥our Shantz Family heritage (150 years of farming tradition)
  • ♥our extended family & friends
  • ♥our loyal customers & visitors (who have supported us since we began this small endeavour in 1996)
  • ♥and so much more…

Although our corn maze is not open to the public this year, we wanted to give you a chance see what it looks like from above and to give you a chance to take a quick time-lapse trip through it! Don’t get dizzy 😉

Once again, Farmer Kevin has taken great care to commemorate some very special events in our family this year: our fifth daughter’s wedding (which took place on the farm in July) as well as our pride in celebrating 150 years of Shantz Family farming heritage.

We are thankful ♥
